This year we will be supporting 40 Vendors, and much like last year we will most likely have more applications then available spaces. So we will carefully select a diverse range of healers, wildcrafters, farmers, growers and teachers that have established businesses and live within the CNY Region. 

Multi Level Marketing & Large Scale Corporations are welcome to apply, however we wish to keep this Local & Grass Roots Level. Our goal is to elevate the small and local business sector of Natural Healing in our Central New York Community. 

Single 8ft spaces are available $150 for the 5 hour event and $175 for spaces with electric. We will supply an 8ft tables and 1 seat, you are responsible for extension cords (if you chose an electric space). We require you to be set up completely and ready to go 30 minutes before the start of the event, and all vendors are required to stay set up until the end. Any vendor that leaves early will be disqualified from future events, unless receiving approval in unique circumstances. 

Submittance of the application form is free. If your business is picked, we will reach out to you for payment to secure your space at the 2026 Natural Wellness Fair. If you are chosen to participate, please plan for an 8 hour day, 2 hours to set up, 5 hour show and one hour to break down. Please give us time to go through all the applications, it maybe up to three weeks for you to be called. If you are not selected this year you will receive notice by email. Please do not be discouraged. As we grow the Annual Event, we will reconsider all eligible applicants in years to come.
